RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. You may return it to us for an exchange if the item is not as described when purchased or in any way faulty. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14)days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info.webbdna@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Once you have received this, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14)days from the receipt of your item to process yourexchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $300. At this stage, we only ship to customers in Australia only. (Please note that water filters require a shipping charge due to the nature and weight of the product)

We also offer express post, so if you would like this option, please select this at the checkout.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
