This system is designed to be installed under your kitchen sink to ensure you have clean, alkalised, mineralised water with our reverse osmosis technology.

Our systems provide:

Our Reverse Osmosis water filter offers the ultimate filtration at 0.0001 Micron and features the world famous RO filtration technology – the same used for bottled water.

Removes fluoride. Makes water Alkaline pH9 and returns essential minerals such as Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium back into your drinking water.

Combined micro-filtration & bioenergisation breaks the water down into smaller clusters – hydrating cells and flushing out toxins much more effectively

Simple Quick Change Cartridges

Absolutely no tools required! Just remove the old cartridges and replace with the new. Like changing a light bulb – Too easy!

Flush Valves

Simple, clean & easy maintenance to flush cartridges. Designed to protect the reverse osmosis membrane.

Returns Essential Minerals

Essential minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium which were lost while purifying the water are returned.

 

Once you have ordered this system and the system has been delivered to your home, a sales consultant will contact you and book in our technician to instal the system.

Please allow up to 10 to 16 business days for the installation to be completed from the time you have ordered your system.

 

*Please note, due to the nature of this  installation, there may be extra charges outside the standard installation fee, which you will be advised about by our plumber and this charge will be paid directly to the plumber on the day.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.  You may return it to us for an exchange if the item is not as described when purchased or in any way faulty. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14)days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info.webbdna@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Once you have received this, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14)days from the receipt of your item to process yourexchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be exchanged:

We offer free shipping on orders over $300. At this stage, we only ship to customers in Australia only. (Please note that water filters require a shipping charge due to the nature and weight of the product)
